Ideal for meditation or to aid sleep, our eye pillow adds gentle weight giving the sensation of light pressure to your eyelids, sending your body + mind permission to rest + relax.

The removable velvet cover is machine-washable making it easy to care for. If you prefer a stronger scent you may add a few drops or lavender oil to the inner.

How to use cold therapy: Chill for 30+ mins in freezer. (Store in freezer in a clean waterproof bag when not in use).

How to use hot therapy: Microwave for 20-30 seconds. (Velvet cover must be removed before microwave use).
