To view the status of your AutoShip order, and to manage your AutoShip subscriptions, just Create an Account when placing your order, or by opting to “Sign up” after having placed your order, using the same email address that you used for your AutoShip Order.
Once you have created your account, simply logon (we’ll send you a validation email), and head over to the “Manage Subscription” section and there you can:
- View Upcoming Orders
- Adjust the Product Quantity; add New Products; or Swap Products
- Change the Upcoming Order Date; or adjust the Delivery Frequency
- View your Transaction History
- Amend your Delivery Address
- Amend your Payment Method / Update Card Details
- Cancel Your Order
I'm new to AutoShip how do I get going?
Select AutoShip on the product you want, enter how often you want the item delivered and then ADD TO CART. You can choose to continue shopping or go to the checkout if you are finished.
How do I see what's in my order and change my delivery dates?
Go to “Manage Subscription” in the 'My Account' section, here you can then see what AutoShipments you have scheduled.
If you will not be around on the date of the delivery or don't need the product for another week, you can change the scheduled date of your order, it’s that easy.
How do I add more items to my order?
Not everything is available to AutoShip, however for products which are, simply purchase the item with AutoShip and we will combine all your orders landing on the same day together.
If you are browsing the site and see something else that you would like, simply place a separate order and we will process that order for you on the next working day.
How do I cancel my order?
You may decide a product is no longer what you're after. You can cancel your order in “Manage Subscription” by clicking 'Cancel Order”'.
When will my credit card be charged?
We will email you a reminder for your order 3 days before it's scheduled, your credit card will be charged the day your order is processed.
How will I know when my order has been sent?
You will receive a reminder email 3 days before we ship out your repeat order; this is your chance to make any changes you might have. 3 days later your order will be processed and a confirmation email of your order will be sent to you.
What happens if my credit card is declined?
If there is a problem with your payment, you will be sent a notification email. We will then attempt to process the order again the following day.
Your order will be processed on the next working day.
What happens if an AutoShipment lands on a weekend or holiday?
What if I need my order earlier?
If you have run out of something sooner than expected, jump online and go to“Manage Subscription”. Go ahead and change the delivery date to whatever suits you.
Absolutely. AutoShip is super-flexible and you aren't locked into anything. You can pause or change delivery dates, add or remove products. You decide – make AutoShip work for you.
Can I cancel my order if I don’t want it anymore?
AutoShip is designed to ensure that you get great prices everyday. As an AutoShip customer we will ensure that buying regularly from us will mean you will get the best pricing for your products overall. So promo codes are unable to work on AutoShip orders.
Can I use Promo codes or will I receive the deals you have running in AutoShip?
In the unlikely event that one of our products goes out of, we will let you know and advise when you can expect to receive it.
