I have used this off and on for years now and notice a significant improvement when I continue using it. It has dramatically improved the condition of my hair and nails - and skin overall. I like to take it with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice (with a pinch of salt) for a post workout drink to aid recovery and hydration. Collagen balm is such a discovery for me as I experience episodes of skin inflammation around my lower eye lids. Every cream I used was irritating the skin even more, I could use coconut oil only, but it gets absorbed so quickly, I had to reapply it multiple times a day. It's a different story with Adashiko collagen balm - few ingredients, doesn't irritate my skin and don't have to reapply it again and again.
