Definitely noticed improvements in the condition of my hair, skin and nails after taking the Collagen Ultra daily. Is a firm part of my morning routine.

Daily staple!

I have used this off and on for years now and notice a significant improvement when I continue using it. It has dramatically improved the condition of my hair and nails - and skin overall. I like to take it with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice (with a pinch of salt) for a post workout drink to aid recovery and hydration. Everything just seems to function better when I take it, so not stopping again!
