Yield: 4 single serves

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Lactose Free Milk
  • 4 TBSP Adashiko Pure Collagen Powder
  • 3 TBSP Chia Seeds
  • 2.5 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract / Paste
  • 70g Fresh Strawberries ~ diced
  • Toppings of choice: freeze dried strawberries, dark chocolate flakes, greek yoghurt etc

Method:

  1. Pour the milk into a medium sized bowl + sprinkle over collagen powder. Stir until dissolved.
  2. Add the maple syrup, vanilla, chia seeds + diced strawberries. Stir until well combined.
  3. Cover + place in the refrigerator to set overnight.
  4. Spoon set mixture into 4 individual serving dishes + add desired toppings. Serve chilled.

Notes:

  • Keeps up to 4 days in the fridge.
  • Chia seeds are high in fibre - if you’re new to eating chia seeds, we recommend stretching this recipe out to 6 portions to begin with.
